It is very normal for your period to be off after having an ovary or cyst removed.  When they take out a cyst or ovary, your hormones are interrupted and it could take a few months for your period to get back to normal.  Sometimes we just ovulate early and we have an early period.  As long as you are not running a fever or throwing up, then I think you are fine.  If it would make you feel better, give your doctor a call and see what he has to say.  Good luck and keep us posted!

I too had my period 4 days after surgery it lasted one week.  It was gone for a week and now I am spotting again.  I also was wondering if that was normal.
