polycystic ovaries with severe pain...normal?

I am experiencing severe pain on my abdomen..and feels like i always had a dysmenorrhea even if im not on my period..i consulted an Oby...and she required me to have a transvaginal ultrasound..this is the result...can you explain it to me...i still dont have the chance to go back to my oby..

right ovary: 3.2x2.5x2.5cm (10.6ml)
location: lateral

***Within both ovaries are multiple follicles each measuring less than 1cm, more than 10 in numbers within the periphery with volume of more than 10mL, suggestive of Polycystic Ovaries

left ovary: 3.0x2.0x2.5cm (9.5mL)
Location: Lateral

is this the possible cause of the pain that i am experiencing?
