I am having 2 periods in a month.

I'm having 2 periods in a month right now. My first period was on June 2 and my second period was on June 26. I'm having a pain in my stomach on the 26th but the pain is bearable. But the blood I have is not the same as a regular period. The blood doesn't occupy the whole pad. And when I pee, there's also a blood and some are clots. I am sexually active with my partner since after my first menstruation this month. Please help me. Thank you.

So, that's almost a normal cycle length.  24 to 28 days is normal and yours was 22 days.  You probably got your period a little early.  Being irregular happens once in a while.  It's not really two periods in a month as your cycle doesn't follow an annual calendar, it follows number of days and months have different numbers of days in it.  You can always get a period/cycle tracking app so you can see days.  Anyway, see if this is a one off thing.  I had my period  week early a few months ago and then the next cycle it was back to around the normal number of days for me.  good luck

And by the way, if you are having unprotected sex, then ya, you need to take a pregnancy test.  I am not sure the timing of when you had sex.  These aren't 'normal' things that happen when a woman is pregnant but that doesn't mean you aren't or weren't pregnant.
