Best thing to do is dont pick on them trust me i did and they looked so bad and took even more for it to go away.

I got it bad my first trimester all over!!! It's now just clearing up,thank the lord. I felt 15 again, yuck. I just made sure to wash my face/and body once in the morning once at night before bed. Lots of built up grime, not much you can do.
