I actually got put on an inhaler to help with my breathing. Just for abt 20 days long. It's all I needed.

I'm 33 weeks, my boy sits really high and constantly kicks my rib cage. I have to sleep in a recliner sitting more upwards in order for me to breathe effectively and fall asleep.

Put ur arms up and behind ur head. walk around and take deep breathes. athletes do the same thing when they are winded
