Engorged Breast

Hello Ladies! I had my "Febuary" baby 3 weeks early, January 27th. Labor was a little rough but with amazing labor and delivery staff, it was over before I knew it. I miss being pregnant already but I'm so glad I can stare at my son all day, he's so precious. Any who, I've decided to strictly bottle feed and now my breast are painfully engorged. What techniques have you ladies used to soothe this?

Lightly massage them,  definitely don't pump if you've decided to formula/bottle feed.  Pumping will just produce more milk,  let your milk dry up over time.  They will ease up in a few days

Take a hot shower and relive them (squeeze um).

Pump every 3 hours so your breast don't become painful and hard.
