Sleeping?

I am 11w 3d and before I got pregnant I was on a really high dosage of trazadone for sleeping because I have horrible insomia. Now that I am pregnant I cant take it because it is a class c med. I have tried unisom i have teied benadryl I am running out of options. I am always tired I dont have a job so that helps somewhat but every night I lay in bed with my boyfriend for hours and hours without falling asleep I am lucky if I fall asleep by 4am and even stay asleep for more than a half hour. When my boyfriend goes to work I try and sleep more till he gets home half the time I either have the hardest time falling asleep and getting comfortable I am a crabby mess ans I just dont know what to do I am lucky if I get four hours of sleep a day help please!

Iwas on a high dosage of trazadone too. Nothing helps me anymore and im 7months.im Almost due and im tired of dealing with it already.sleepless nights are horrible

Yes. Tylenol pm is on my  medicines that are ok to take list from my OB. And my doctor said it would work better than unisom.

Try Tylenol pm and drink absolutely no caffeine. Also lavender bath stuff helps you rest. I was on sleep medicine before I was prego and can't take it either so Tylenol pm works for me.
