I usually wake up because I have to pee. I thought it would get better. But I wake up every night like 3-4 times to pee lol. But I just can't fall asleep after that for a while.

I get the same at the moment, but mostly because I get nausea in the evenings rather than mornings and it keeps me up, then I have to get up early to get into work so I don't get much sleep, so far the only thing that seems to help is having little naps throughout the day x

Did you know every 3-4hrs is when a newborn needs to be fed? Im the exact same way. I just think its my body preparing me for the demands of  newborn and im used to it now. I used to get upset that I couldnt sleep through the night with my bf but once we talked about it he understood and told me to just go with it. Sometimes he wakes up and has to check on me, but its actually bcome something I look forward to, when hes sleepy and stumbles into the living room to check on me lol. BUT I dont work. I stay home 24/7 so I have that luxury too. Hope you find something that works!
