ur not suppose to do it after 1st trimester. but personally for me thats the only way can sleep comfortable and im due in jan
I'm 18 wks with my fourth and literally slept flat on my back throughout all of my pregnancies. I've always been fine with it. It may not be for everyone, but if you're comfortable with it then I think it's okay for you too.
I am 35&1 day an I sleep on my back when I first fall asleep an throughout the night you will roll to what's most comfortable. If it's parents comfortable don't worry about it. My baby has had a perfect growth rate an heartbeat my entire pregnancy. So go for it!
I'm 32weeks and that's the only way I can get comfortable! I might fall asleep on my left side and wake up on my back, but if I get any pains or cramps or even BH then I would move onto my side for a while. I personally have never heard anything bad that has happened from sleeping on your back!
Yes you can sleep on your back as long as its comfortable
I sleep on my back all the time and I'm almost 26w .. and when i was pregnant with my son I slept on my back my entire pregnancy .. they say ur bot supposed to because nanny can lay on a major vein and you can get hemorrhoids from the pressure .. but I can't sleep on my side because of hip pain so its the most comfortable for me
Depends on how far along you are. There's a blood line that supplies blood to the baby that can get cut off/ blocked by the weight of the uterus if you lay on your back for long periods of time.
depends on how far along u are...
