after membrane sweep??
How long after your membrane sweep did you go into labor?? I just had mine done and I'm hoping it does the trick....I'm 2 days overdue.
A membrane sweep is when the dr puts her finger between your cervix and the amneotic sac and sweeps it around. And it can help because it removes any adhesions that may be keeping you from dilating.
I even power walked from one end of my house to the other when my son had to take a nap lol
Well take a nap and then vigorously clean your house or go walk around walmart lol seriously walking helps after a sweep
I would advise you to power walk! I got home and power walked all day on and off
I started having contractions 8 hours later but as soon as I left doc office I went on 5 mile walk too. Good luck!
