I told her and she said i only work nights once a week so I need to just deal with it. Im transfering stores in 2 weeks, I just have bad anxiety and decided not to medicate during pregnancy whih makee it tough dealing with day to day stuff like this
You should tell your boss. Thats messed up. He should get in trouble for that. Lets see him in yoir shoes he wouldn't like it.
I would report him to your boss and ask not to be put on shifts that he works. You dont need that kind of abusive talk or be stressed out. You have a right to report and ask not to be put on shifts he works.
Id call whoever is in charge of scheduling and ask if you can change shifts. Or call a different co worker and ask to switch.
Sadly, its a guy who puts me through the hell. Hes one of those "its not my fault shes pregnant, she needs to do just as muh as i do" kinda guys. I walked out in tears one night because he yelled about how pathetic i am and how i need to stop using my pregnancy as an excuse because i wouldnt lift a 40lbs box....but i might try sucking it up...
I'd suck it up. I'd freak out on her if she pulled a stunt tonight or just give her a taste of her own medicine
