My left hip hurts I'm 15w5d but I already have hip problems and I can only sleep on my left side or I can't sleep

I hear you about the sometimes I feel sick! The baby is all like get off me! It's annoying cause its the only way I can fall into a deep sleep! The pregnancy body pillows are good but at the moment it's way too hot! (I live in Australia) and I just can't live with extra things around me. I'm sleeping with no sheet on too!

You can sleep on your tummy unless it's uncomfortable, I still do at 23 weeks

It also can mean that baby favours that side. My hip has been killing me since I was about 14 weeks, I'm now 22 weeks and it still kills and baby won't let me sleep on the left side because he likes it too much!

Yeah sorry for the short response. There are chiropractors who specialize in pregnant women. That sounds really weird and I'm sure there's a word for it, but anyway yes it's safe and totally worth it. Good luck, I hope you feel better soon.
