I was told not to do it during pregnancy because it can be very bad for your body (like your insides) I do it outta habit when I'm.not pregnant and it does strengthen your muscles and even helps you lose weight
Yeah, my husband got me a pregnancy support belt... But like you said I just wanna help strengthen my core a little. And I'll definitely do those kegels lol.
No i think it should be okay...strengthening your core :) helps with posture as well... and im sure you will know your limit as you may get sore quickly... while your doing it make sure to do your kegels;) you can also find belly support tops that help lift and may make it easier as your tummy gets heavier... i wouldnt suggest doing crunches or anything like that and like i said know your limit but it sounds like a pretty light exercise to me.... if im wrong maybe someone else may know more on the subject but i cant think of anything wrong with this??
