Also use lotion over coconut oil. I use the oil and then Jergens Shea butter lotion over it. Twice a day. But do look up 101 uses for coconut oil. It's amazing what it can do for your body .. Inside and out.

Try switching to sensitive skin body wash and don't scratch. You're going to create horrible stretch marks. I use raw coconut oil from Trader Joe's and rub it all over. It works so much better than Bio Oil or Palmer's. Try natural remedies too. Just look it up... Good luck. I know how annoying itching can be but please just try not to scratch

I experienced the same thing earlier in my pregnancy where it was all over my body and really intense. My doctor just told me to use cocoa butter after showering and I could be itching due to my skin stretching. I'm 34 weeks now and occassionally I'll still have intense itching on my belly and my arms. It can get so annoying.

You should definitely mention it to your doctor again though.

Have you changed body wash, shampoo or other body care products.  If so you could be allergic to the new product.  Or it could be a combination of dry winter weather and skin stretching.  Make sure you are using lotion daily (maybe 2x a day)

Use baby oil. Talk to your dr about it but itching is common.  In your torso (belly breasts) your skin is stretching.  Plus the hormones pumping due to pregnancy mess with how oily/ dry your skin in general is. Plus your soap could dry your skin even more. Many women use cocoa butter. Personally ive had better luck with a little baby oil
