Hate when people try to tell you that your life is over or that you won't be able to take care of a baby just because we are young.. I hate when people tell me what I can't do.I'm about to be 19 in 2 1/2 months.. If I get pregnant then that's my business, my body, and my child... I feel like nobody has a right to tell me if I'm gonna be a good mother or not. Our lives isn't over it just starts a little early.. I support all the young teen moms out there taken care of their business, let's prove them wrong.

Awe that is so sweet congratulations, yes I agree i hate when people is so negative and then they're like " you got your whole life ahead of you why don't you wait" like leave me alone worry about your life and I'll worry about mine.. I believe tomorrow isn't promised so if I'm going to do something it's going to happen

With me I'm okay with that, I'm okay knowing things are gonna change because I'm willing to change my lifestyle for my baby. I'm not a normal teenager i don't go to parties every weekend i don't ho to club;s all I do is work and go home so Itthink me having a baby would make my life better the baby would give me a future to look forward to, right now I think my life is boring but when my baby is in my arms life will be so much better, i feel like the only thing I'm missing is my child.. I can't wait to be a mother

I've always hated when people say that "life is over". It's such a negative way too look at things. To me, it's not that my life is over, but I'm beginning a new life. I think that being a mom is the greatest blessing you can be given, and the most important job in the world, and I don't know how people can make it sound so awful. Sure, I'm only 19, but to me that means I was blessed a little early. It hurts a lot when I hear those negative comments, especially when I hear "Don't you know how that happens?" and "Haven't you heard of birth control?", because I was always told I'd never have a baby, so this pregnancy is nothing short of a miracle for me. Nobody wants to believe a young mom can do the right things, but I fully intend to prove every person who has doubted me wrong, and I know for a fact that one way or another, my son is going to have an amazing, happy life!

^^^^very true. It doesn't matter what age you are things change drastically. Like for example right now instead of watching something I want to watch at 7:30 in the morning my two year old is handing me the remote to watch Jake and the Neverland pirates lol :-)

Certain parts of my life were over as I became a mother.  I'm okay with that.  I chose the life I have and am happy.  But can't deny that things drastically changed.  Everything from my earning ability (now very conflicted about work and being away from my kiddos) to just being able to sit and read a book when I feel like it.  

So, I am not being negative---  because motherhood is great.  I'm saying though for every woman, no matter the age, things really do change once you are a mother.  Not just for teens but all women.  I planned my pregnancies with my husband and all is good.  I just have to be honest, life is a lot different.  Richer and warmer with a baby.  But MUCH less about me.
