And let me just say that I respect the teen mom who steps up to the plate and does her very best. It's difficult. Absolutely. And some do a fabulous job holding it all together and growing up, mothering their child and becoming great adults. I commend young ladies that can do it. It does take a lot of personal sacrifice and hard work but it probably makes for one strong woman down the road.
Life changer yes but life being over? Not one bit. Your life changing for the better and being over is two different things. It all depends on how you take it and what you do with your life.
I wasn't a teen mom and my life was so different once I had my first child. No more doing whatever I want to. No more going out a lot. No more buying myself a new shirt because money goes to the baby. It IS a pretty big life changer ladies. For everyone.
I had a baby at 15. Everyone told me life was over. Little did they know the best part of my life had just begun. 9 years later and I am more well off then all the people that had nothing nice to say. Keep your head up mama you'll be great!
Amen! I always say my son came into my life earlier than I could have ever imagined, but that just means I have gotten to enjoy him that much longer :)
