I thought the opposite. When people were making conversation with me (unrelated to the pain) i forgot about it and was able to just cringe through it and breathe

Breath! In through your nose out through your mouth.i just delivered my baby last week and this was how I got through the pain.i also had my room be completely quiet so that I could concentrate on my pain. Good luck! hope this works for you.

Yes even if leaking you can get up just ask for a towel.

Leaking ur water? Itll he messy but u should be able to move freely

Breath trust me it helps a lot and try switching positions. Get up, sit up, lay on your side, get on all fours and rock back and forth. It will help you a lot.
