Had diarrhea all day stomache aches my lower back hurts a little no contractions except my stomach tightens and i feel like throwing up:/
should i call my doctor?

You could be dehydrated from the diahrea.  How far along are u?

Thankyou i called and she said that im in early labor to time when my stomach tightens and if there close like 5to 7min apart go in

some women do not have pain when they have contractions but when the stomache tightens it is a contraction and u could very easily feel the pain in ur back instead of ur stomache.. my doc said some woman have contractions and dnt even notice they r in full blown labor till the water broke so now he explains to all his patients a contraction usually fells like a tightening sensation that starts under ur breast and wrks it way down u can have little to no pain and can also feel it in ur back,,,if i was u i would call my doc or go to l&d good luck hope all wrks out
