I agree..this pregnancy i had to force myself to get up and do what needed to be done. I still have to most days anymore! But it helps!

I have also found crockpot meals helped and still help me as well! I can just get up when i force myself to get something done dump everything in the crockpot set it on low and let it cook!

If you staying in the bath is causing issues, try moving to a new location. Whatever is making you uncomfortable you should try to treat it so you can do some things. It's hard but making yourself get up and do something can help you feel better. Best of luck to you.
Im Not depressed but I am insanely lazy!!! I'm usually non stop with projects and whatever but this is crazy. I love the couch!!
I'm 6w 2d, and I feel the same. Usually if I'm not working I'm cleaning or doing something productive but at the moment my house is a mess lol, I can't eat and I just feel tired and nauseas :( It seems to be the end of the world everyday and I don't seen to have any control over my emotions right now and am very sensitive. My poor partner has been copping alot from me already but I make sure when I feel better that I apologize to him for being a moody ***** and explain everything I'm feeling, and let him know that I appreciate him. my partners gone away for 10 days so I've decided to relax and love like a slob and just clean the day before he gets home lol. Its ***** cos I feel like my body and mind have been hijacked by thus baby! Just make sure you let him know that your bodies going through big changes and it won't last forever :)
Sorry to hear that. If ur husband leaves over this that is his loss. I fall into slumps also. You need to find a hobby to keep urself busy until second trimester when ur mood will improve. You can try the vitamin rhodiola it helps boost ur mood and energy. Even though u are down and unmotivated force urself to go on a walk. Exercise boosts stamina and endorphines. U will get to feeling better. Best of luck.
