Clear Sticky Viscose Fluid from penis when milked

Long story short I’ve been worrying about having an STD/STI of recent and I went to the bath room in the morning and squeezed my penis in a milking motion to see if there was any discharge, and what appeared was a small droplet of a clear viscose sticky lubricant style fluid and this prompted me to believe I have an STD I haven’t had unprotected sex for about a month or so and I am a long term partner

Now every time I got to the bathroom to pee I milk my penis abit to see if it is there sometimes it is and sometimes it isn’t.
I have no other symptom such as burning when urinating etc.

Could this be an STD/STI or something else?

Really just sounds like precum. Have you abstained from sex or masturbatin lately? Why are you milking your penis in the first place? This doesn’t sound like an Std

Thank you for your reply. Just with my job we hardly see each other for long periods and as for the milking I don’t know why it started it just did and when the fluid was there on the first time I’ve been anxious and continued to do it. Then my anxiety I believe has took hold and I’ve googled and googled feeding the monkey on my back so to speak
