Finished doxy course but still burning

Hi there, so I had unprotected sex about 6weeks ago. 4weeks after I felt a burning/tingly sensation when I pee and few day after that a very mild clear discharge.
I went to the doc and he prescribed me 2x 100mg doxycycline daily for 10days(for clamydia & trich) and a 1 dose of 2x 400mg auro cefixime (for gonnorhea).
This is my 10th and final day on the antibiotics with no sexual activity and i can still feel a slight burning sensation definitely when i pee and sometimes just randomly through the day.
The discharge went away like day 1 or 2 of my treatment.
Also my STD urine screening tests all came back negative (clamydia and gonnorhea, not sure sure what else they screened for)
Does anybody know what this could be? do I just have to wait it out a little longer or go back the the doc?

Hi, having symptoms of burning 4 weeks after would really not be connected to the act as std,s usually show up about 5 days. This is evidenced by your tests coming back negative. theres a big possibility that your causing the irritation by constant milking it checking for a discharge. Also a white puss discharge is associated with std,s. A clear discharge is most often mucus which could be normal. When infection develops it creates puss.

Ok thankyou for your reply.
So should I still not engage in sexual activities for a few days or would it be fine?
I think your right I've been pretty stressed about it and checking everytime I go to the bathroom.
