HELP!! Lymph node scare 10 months of confusion!!!

Hello, sorry for the long post please bare with me ..but I had last unprotected sex with female at (03/19/13) and i started having fatigue, back/shoulder aches, swollen lymph-nodes under my armpits, & neck....(04/01/13) i went to have hiv antibody test and chlamydia/gonorrhea done all came back negative....  (04/25/13) i went to doctor to find out what was wrong so i had bloodwork done and i was told i had mono and i was giving meds. after a month or two all my nodes went completely down to normal and no more symptoms.......(05/15/13) then i had oral sex from the same girl but this time used condom for oral sex but we did make-out "kiss" and i dont think she was treated for mono....(06/22/13) at 3 month mark i had hiv antibody test results were NEGATIVE  and then again (07/25/13)  at 4 months i went to have hiv antibody and RNA as well as syphilis test done just incase and all came back negative....12/24/13.. randomly i had a penis discharge (white) for half of the day, no pain urination and alil urethal redness but no pain so i went to doctor on (12/30/2013) and had urine test and was told it was non-gonococcal urethritis. so i was giving Azithromycin 1 g and shot of penicillin. i was suprised because i had a urine test for chlamydia and came back negative. Could i have tested to early for chlamydia/gonorrhea to get accurate results?... this is where im lost at also ...now 02/20/2014 i started having swollen lymphnodes under my chin left and right side (submental glands) not in pain and i am having sore/bruised like pains in multiple areas in my ribs on both sides that seem to move to different spots everyday as well sore spots on the bone of my hips but it was only for a day.

So i am wondering did my mono come back or got it from kissing the girl again that is causing the lymph nodes to swell some months back? or my chlamydia never clear completely and had it in the throat which cause the glands to swell? i was scared it was hiv but negative RNA Test and antibody test at 4 months should be conclusive? or are my glands are now really sensitive now after being swollen before?

**one more thing i bit my lip real bad on two separate occasions which cause one gland to swell under my chin and went down after healed each time about 2 months before the re-swelling of the same glands**
i apologize for the rambling but tried to give as much details as possible to understand my situation. im just want some valid answers cause im tired of constantly going to the doctor..i I look forward to your answers! thanks

Test for gonorrhea and chlamydia was conclusive. NGU is a bacterial infection possible from oral sex.

See your Dr as the nodes have nothing to do with a STD.

Hi, swollen nodes is a sign that your body is fighting and infection. What that is we dont know here. Symptoms of chlamydia or NSU would be penis specific like a white discharge and burning while urinating. Testing at the 5 day mark for clamydia would be conclusive.
