unprotected oral sex &protected sex

This is a question from my friend, my friend is from China, he can not visit medhelp, so please ask me to ask him about the risks

He had a protected sex with a sex worker, unprotected oral sex。

Skin damage to the glans after 17 days and erythema after 30 days

But he detected syphilis at 4, 6, 8, 10, 13, 19, 24 weeks are all negative。
He was very worried about this. Chinese doctors said it was psoriasis, simple balanitis, and eczema. There is no definite answer.
He is still very worried that he has syphilis.

He wants to know what is his chance of getting syphilis。
Thanks ALL

Yes,he did seven syphilis tests
Seven negative syphilis tests is a definite answer - he definitely doesn't have syphilis.

As to what he does have, I don't know. It could be any of the things listed, and he'll have to work with his doctor to figure it out.
