I had sex with 2 strangers. I was drunk and I didn't know where I was. I told them to show condoms.
This morning I got home and can't stop thinking about what happened. I'm scared i MIGHT HAVE AN std. I can't tell my mom about it about my scared, and i haven't taken any stds tests. I'm to scared to go to doctors. They might tell me something I never wish to hear.I found a pimple on my vigina when i woke up this morning.My heart keeps racing. someone help me

You would not die on the spot. If your not going to be responsible then stop having sex. See a Dr and get testing done.

It was 5 or 6 days ago, and everytime I think about stds my chest keeps racing and hurting me, I can't go see the doctor cause i'm scared. Ever since I became sexually active I haven't been to the doctor, cause i'm terrified of the outcomes. the doctors might tell me something My heart wouldn't take and I might die on the spot.

Since it doesn't sound like you are sure if condoms were used or not, you can follow up with proper testing at the proper times.  chlamydia, gonorrhea and trich can be tested for after 1 week post encounter. syphilis after 6 weeks. herpes, hiv and hepatitis after 3 months.

since you have symptoms currently, you can be seen. how long ago had you had sex?
