Mutual Masturbation STD and HIV risk

Hi I wondered if someone can help me. I'm sick with worry as I'm actually married to my wife. However I met a man for casual fun to experiment. We stripped at separate sides of the room and wanked ourselves and talked dirty. He asked me to orgasm on him and I did so on his chest. He was lying on the sofa and I lent over him to do this. I made sure my penis didnt touch him but I may have touched him slightly with other bits of my skin. He then orgasmed on his chest whilst I was leaving over him. The seamen went on him but I'm worried a bit could have sprayed on me but wasnt visible. There was no other contact. Am I at risk of an std or HIV and do I need to test. As i say I'm sick with worry and also feeling guilty.

since no skin contact was made you had zero risk for any std.

There is a chance we brushed skin
Skin to skin contact for STDs means direct genital to genital contact. It doesn't mean your thighs brushing or whatnot. Even if your penises did touch, it would require a lot of rubbing and friction for any STD to transmit, and for things like gonorrhea, chlamydia and HIV to transmit, his semen would have had to enter your urethra. None of this happened. You had no risk for STD or HIV transmission here.
