Tricked into unprotected exposure. Please advice

Earlier today, I had an encounter with a CSW where I was tricked into unprotected sex for a few minutes. It happened in a position where I was lying down and she was atop. I was high and unfortunately have landed in a lot of trouble.

It began with a bit of unprotected foreplay, where my genitals came in contact with hers. Following which there was Protected Sex for a few minutes. She had put on the condom and it was intact throughout that bit of the encounter.

Later on I was lying in the bed and she said she wanted to come atop. She hugged from the top and I fingered her till the point I assume she ejaculated. I could feel my finger a bit wet. I had the condom on till that time. Since she had ejaculated, she wanted me to complete. She went on to remove the condom and put a new one. She then continued having sex where she was on top.

It was here that she somehow removed the condom and tried (or managed) to have unprotected. I can't tell for sure as I was high and didn't have a full erection. I remember here penetrating up and down apart from rubbing back and forth.

When she got up she said she had it unprotected and smiled. It felt very evil. I saw and there was no condom there. I was shocked! She somehow removed it during that time. When i asked her why she said she did it as to make me fully erect. She said she only rubbed her genitals on mine and said no real sex took place. I don't believe her. I was very sorry. Really worried at this moment.

I have visited the woman before. She does get tested and says she's clean from any Stds. She once showed me her test results a few months back. It was all negative for HIV and other Stds (it read venereal diseases) Don't know if she is positive for herpes. Also I have never noticed any sores or blisters in her genitals before or today. As of now I don't know her current std or HIV status. Wanted to visit a std clinic today but was very stressed and slept off. So couldn't see a doctor.

I just don't know why she tricked me into unprotected sex. She never did that before. She said she wants to have it unprotected with me today and duped me this way. I'm terrified. Don't know if it was sinister or if she was only having fun out of lust.

This was my encounter. Have tried to explain what happened. I'm very sorry for the whole thing now. It's stupid to get into such a situation.

I'll visit a doctor today and seek further advice. Will also test in the coming days/weeks. But what are my chances in this situation? What are chances in such an encounter for Hiv or Herpes? Please advice.

Grateful to medhelp and community members.
Thanks.

Are you sure you remember this correctly? You were high.

I say this because CSWs use protection to protect themselves from you, not to protect you from them. Their livelihood depends on protecting themselves.

Most people, including CSWs, don't have HIV.

Even if you use condoms, transmission oh herpes, syphilis and HPV is possible. Condoms reduce the risk greatly, but it doesn't eliminate it. I'm not saying this to scare you, but to inform you.

I doubt she is evil.  I wouldn't go there.  But you did take some risk if you aren't sure if there was penetration or not.  HIV is ONLY transmitted if you have unprotected and penetrating vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles.  So, rubbing, frottage, etc. is not going to be a route to transmission of HIV.  Air inactivates the virus.  However, other things like herpes or syphilis would be possible.  Only you know if there was actual penetration or not.  If there is doubt, then go ahead and get tested yourself and the best way to do that is a 4th generation DUO test taken at 28 days or beyond.  That is a result you can rely on.  Other std's often present with symptoms like a sore or blisters.  You can get a complete screening to be safe.

No idea what happened, we weren't there.  Apparently, neither were you, in a manner of speaking.  But if you're saying you were with a prostitute, this comes up on here and on other forums and believe me, prostitutes don't ejaculate.  They might pretend to but they don't.  They aren't interested in you at all other than as a way of making money.  As for the rest, the only thing you can do is get tested, as you apparently were too stoned to pay attention to what was happening.  Can't make it not have happened.
