False negative????

I had an encounter where I got a hand job at a massage parlor. Full details at an earlier post. However I had strong urinary infection symptoms. Well I had an advance hiv test on Friday. Came out negative.

I found put today:
I also had chlamidia and gonorhea tests: both came out negative.

My question: I had been taking d-mannose and cranberry pills (with vitamin c) from GNC for urinary tract support. My understanding is that they flush out bacteria. Would that give me a false negative??

For chlamidia and gonorhea: what I can say is they put a swab in my penis and had this rectangular clear glass you put under a microscope. I also urinated  in a cup.
