Had a protected sex with a sex worker, having constant pain in penis
Hi Doctor,
I am 27 years old, 4 days back I had sex with worker using condom.
After intercourse I have seen my sperm in condom.
No break or slipping in condom.
From last two days I am having constant pain in my penis.
It increased today and I am unable to concentrate on anything and worried a lot.
Can I get HIV and other STD?
I am in so guilt and feeling bad about my situation.
please advise

Hi since your penis was covered nothing could get inside your urethra to cause any infection. The pain is most likely an injury from the act itself. Test for herpes and syphilis, which are topical, only if you have a long term partner.

I went to local GP in singapore , he asked me to get test before I resume with my partner.
Even y right testicle has pain and I have the urge to urinate.
But don't have any pain while urinating.
