Is it Possible to catch an STDs during vagina intercourse with cut on base of penis.

Is it Possible to catch an STDs When there is cut on base of Penis and its bleeding and vagina fluid touches that cut during vagina intercourse?
11 weeks ago me and my wife had sex. before that I shaved my penis and got a small cut and there was bleeding. But I was very excited and I ignored that and had sex with my wife. we didn't use condom also. After 2-3 days of that incident I had fever. and after 1 week I had headache all day of that week continuously. I also got cold 3-4 times in these 11 weeks. I felt body aches, swollen lymph nodes throughout body, lack of appetite. I had Sore throat and pain for 1 week. I went for HIV test after 65 days (9 weeks) and result is negative.
So is there any chances of any STDs. before that incident me and my wife both were healthy. We never faced these kind of problems in last two years.

Okay,
As I mentioned because of these symptoms I went for HIV test after 9 weeks of that incident and result is HIV negative.
I read these symptoms somewhere for HIV as well, thus I so concerned.
I want to know if my fears are justified. I want to know if I've really got something to worry about here.
Could all of this be caused by stress?  I have tried to convince myself this has all just been stress induced.
Please suggest if I need to wait till 3 months and go for test again or are these test’s enough to confirm the negative results.

Sometimes with a new infection the symptoms are fever and body aches as the body is building antibodies. I only mention herpes because you mention this but since you had a cold and it lasted 11weeks it most likely from the cold.

Thanks for your quick response.
Yes there is no sores developed.
I did not understand this - Those symptoms are somewhat consistant with a new infection as the body is mounting a defense building antibodies. Could you please explain it so that I can understand it clearly.

And also I feel muscle ache in my hands, near to shoulders and neck and some times in legs.

Hi std,s are not transfered that way. Its from a infected penis urethra inside the vagina that passes the bacterias. I would suggest a herpes test from your symptoms but since no sores developed yet it may not be that at all. Those symptoms are somewhat consistant with a new infection as the body is mounting a defense building antibodies. .
