Is this an STD?

Hello, Ive been having some tingling sensation below my testicles, on my testicles and on my penis for the last week. I havent had any sexual relationships of any kind in about 10 months, although, about a month anda half from my last intercourse, which was unprotected, with my girlfriend, I started feeling some tenderness on my testes, and finally some tingling on my glans. I went that first time to the doctor, he did 2 lab tests, blood and swab. They told me they found some coccus, so they gave me some antibiotics for two weeks, and the symptoms dissapeared. Now its been arounf 8-9 months from that event.

At first, when it started, I felt my left testicle tender, like it would hurt if my leg bumped into it. Then, on the same day, I started noticing some tingling on my penis, so I went to the doctor right away. At first they just examined my testicle, looking for a twisted sperm duct or something. They diagnosed me with epididimytis and orchitis, so they just gave me painkillers.5 days after that, I went to the control appointment with an uroogyst, and he took a look at my testicles again and to my penis, he said everything was fine down there. So, he sent me two exams, one lab test for urine and swab and the other one an X ray or ecography on the urinary tract. I havent taken them yet because of the availability of the tests.

Im starting to feel really nervouse and anxious about this (sorry about my english, this is not my language). I havent seen any cold sores, secretions and havent felt burning sensations while urinating. So, what is this?? an STD??.

And well, my new girlfriend wants to have sex with me really bad, what can I do about it????

Help :(

Hmmm I havent had any pain urinating either discharges... but anyways, Ill get tested. I found something rather uncomfortable today by the way, after being with my girlfriend for like 7 hours and just cuddling, my testicles felt really really sore after she left, like it really hurts just to touch them. Could that be related?.

Hi with most std,s like gono and such youd have a white urethra discharge and painful urination about 5 days post exposure. If you want to have a new relationship and youve been sexually active, you should test for all std,s including hiv and herpes for their protection.
Have the follow up test as recommended to get to the bottom of your concerns.
