Im wondering if i have symptoms of an STI

First of all, I am a male late 20s. About 22 days ago i recieved unprotected oral sex from another male. 2 or 3 days after the encounter, i started to notice a little bit of pain in my hip on the left side. And i also began to be more aware on sensations on my genitals. I feel like im urinating more often as well, however its never an emergeny. I am never rushing to the bathroom. It just feels like i have slight urges so i just go take care of it. I had gonorrhea about 5 years ago and i definitely had obvious symptoms, which is probably why im so mentally aware of the senations i feel. There is no pain when i urinate and there is no evidence of discharge. But every once in awhile i feel a slight tingling or and even slighter pincing feeling when im walking around or just sitting.my lymph node on my left hip also seems to fluxuate between veing a swollen and then not swollen at all. I had convinced myself it was all in my head until day 20 i noticed that just inside the opening of my penis was beginning to look a little dry. Not discolored or bumpy just much dryer skin, still with no discharge and no pain when urinating or masturbating. Is this do to me over inspecting it physically? If i had gonorrgea with symptoms in the past, wouldnt i have symptoms again if a caught i again? Any advice or reasurrance woyld be greatly appreciated.
