Greetings.
Since you wore a condom, you were very safe. Your risk for any STI is zero, and what triggers your symptoms is your anxiety.
You should also understand there is nothing  "risky" about having sex with CSWs: condom-protected sex is safe with any partner.

Good to hear because i still have stomach cramps and also been getting some small pain in groin area and sides once in a while. And also a white sport on mine bottom right foot which maybe skin peeling. And getting the chills aswell. And having a hard time getting sleep as well.
Neither of the symptoms you mentioned is related to STIs. Trouble sleeping and stomach cramps are very likely to be caused by anxiety.
I want to an ER just to get check they prescribed Metronidazole 500mg and Doxycycline 100mg for a week. Im trying to stay clam and relaxed so my anxiety does not get the better of me but its hard when I start to feel my left testical starts to feel a little funny here and there.
Antibiotics were totally uncalled for. What did they prescribe those for? Blindly taking antibiotics without proper diagnosis Does more harm than good.

You should address anxiety issues. If you feel pain in testicles, consult a general surgeon or an urologist.
I had told them what i've been feeling and said it it could be anxiety and that I had protected sex. They did take a urine and blood test on me. Not sure why they give me the antibiotics maybe as a precaution but seeing what the sides effects they have scares me, I regret what I have done if I didn't go through with it I would be fine with myself right now.
I absolutely agree that you didn't need the ER - which is for emergencies, which unprotected sex is not, nor did you need antibiotics.

No STI causes white spots on the feet, stomach cramps or sensitive skin.

Metronidazole treats trichomonas, which you had no risk for whatsoever, since you used a condom. Doxy treats chlamydia - again, you had no risk for this. And yes, the side effects can be really bad. Not always, but some people have a hard time taking them. You absolutely can not drink alcohol while on metronidazole. It will make you very ill. If you end up taking it (you shouldn't), don't drink alcohol for at least 3 days after your last dose.

You really need to get a hold on your anxiety. I don't know if you cheated on a regular partner and that's why you are so anxious, but guilt does not equal risk.

Get counseling. Talk to your regular doctor - not the ER - about your anxiety.
I am single and I rarely drink acohol. I never done somthing like this before I guess this is why I am anxious. As I was throwing away the condom in a bag the head of my penis grazed the edage of the bag as the condom came off. Im sure the condom did not touch the edage of bag as I was takeing it off and the condom looked intact. My stomach has gotten better and as well as my skin I just feel some slight discomfort in my left testical from time to time. When i pee have not seen or feel anything unusual. I have not taken the meds yet as I want see if the feeling in my left testical goes away on its own I just started feeling it yesterday.
You will not get anything from your penis touching the edge of the bag.

Listen, I know there is all this stuff about sex workers and diseases and whatnot, but you used a condom for everything. Sex workers most often use them to protect themselves from their clients, not the other way around.

Their jobs depend on it, right?

I also understand that sex ed in most countries is seriously lacking, and what you do get of it is mostly scare tactics. STIs are not so easy to get that your penis touching the edge of a bag would result in transmission.

The feeling you have in your left testicle is anxiety, I'm sure. Maybe you're dehydrated or something, but it's NOT an STI.

You're really fine. You did everything right.
