Blood in mucous 21 hours after oral

I apologize for bothering everyone, but I woke up this morning with a dry throat and blood in mucous about 21 hours after the situation described below over which I am ashamed and terrified.

I am in Japan and went to a pinsaro, which is essentially an oral sex bar. I am especially nervous because they do not usually let foreigners in (I do speak Japanese though) and I heard they usually wipe the penis with alcohol first, but I don't recall the woman doing that. She just used a wet cloth.

She performed uncovered oral sex on me and I licked her clitoris and vagina. I don't think I inserted my tongue inside. There was also a lot of very deep kissing. I do have bleeding gums sometimes. I am terrified and ashamed. I am most concerned about gonnorhea, syphilis, chlamydia and herpes. I had HSV1 when I was a kid so I am primarily worried about HSV2. In that regard she had no sores on her lips, but I did not see her tongue.

How long before symptoms are most likely if there were any gonnorhea, HSV2, chlamydia or syphilis? It has been about 21 hours so far and I have a sore, dry throat and had the bloody mucuos when I woke up. I am prone to sinus infections though and flew 12 hours on Monday.

I read the posts on HIV and oral sex carefully and want to verify that I correctly understood HIV is not a risk from receiving oral sex or giving cunnilingus even with bleeding gums?

Is testing advised under these circumstances and if so when? Despite my immense stupidity and shame I love my girlfriend very much and am terrified of giving her anything when I return to the US. I am so scared and confused and this is all my fault. I would be grateful for your answers. Thank you!

Hi, the actions you describe would be a risk for herpes, syphilis and Gono but oral is considered low risk but since you have  a girlfriend test for these before being intimate with her.
Herpes----3 months
syhilis----6 weeks
Gono----7 days

Thank you. I am scared because I am not sure I can deny my girlfriend sex for six weeks or three months without raising problems. I read a post from Dr. Hook that syphilis and herpes would be pretty unlikely unless there was a sore present on the woman's mouth. I guess I am trying to gauge how low risk oral is since there were no visible signs on the woman's lips?
