Red painful chin with zits after sex

A couple nights ago I slept with a guy. We both said we didn't have anything STD wise before we did anything. I woke up that morning with irritation on my chin. I kept rubbing it because it hurt, and it turned into some pimples that will randomly puss and scab. It also spread to up next to my left nostril. I tried doing a mask thinking they were just zits... he hadn't shaved is it possible that this is a reaction to his scruff or something? Does it sound more like a skin irritation or burn of some sort (looks like a burn) or is this herpes?
