Scared About STD Transmission to Wife

I have had 3 to 4 encounters in last year with escorts but no exchange of fluids i.e. no mouth kissing, no intercourse and one time blow job using a condom. I think I was very careful. The only exception being that during dry humping once I noticed that my semen had seeped through my underwear and it was wet so may have been in contact with vaginal fluids. This happened as my marriage was not going well and I was not talking to my wife. We patched up in Jan and had sex (unprotected) since then my wife has had:
Pain whilst having sex
Sore and itchiness
Now probably fibroids
I am really scared that I have passed something to my wife - though have no symptoms. Please can you help?

It sounds incredibly unlikely that you contracted anything during encounters with escorts. Perhaps not something though to take lightly so consider undertaking a full panel STD/STI test that I feel sure will put your mind at ease.
