STD or UTI? Very Worried

I have had unprotected vaginal sex with this lady multiple times now.  She assured me that she is free of STDs and even showed me the results from her last test.  We have been having sex for approximately 4 months now.  I have not had any issues until recently we had unprotected anal sex.  A few days after this encounter I've been having dull pain in my lower abdomen and testicles. I have no issues with urinating or any other pain with my penis.  I have taken 3 AZO UTI tests at home and all have been negative.  Does this sound like a symptom of an STD or could it actually be a UTI?

Your symptoms don't suggest anything std related, but it would be wise to test anyways after your exposures to ensure continued sexual health

I forgot to add that I do not have any unusual discharge.  My main concern is the dull pain in my lower abdomen.  It's mostly on the left side but I have also felt it on the right from time to time.
