Oral Sex

Hi
I am a male and received unprotected oral sex around 3 weeks ago
About a week later I started to get an itch on the head of my penis and foreskin
I've had that for around 2 weeks now
I have no other symptoms. No sores, ulcers etc, no discharge or pain in urinating. Nothing
Just the itching for two weeks
Can itching alone be a sign of an STD?
If it was an STD would I have seen other symptoms by now?
Thanks

Thrush?
I have similar symptoms to you. was dx with nonchlamydial urethritis. Basically inflammation of urethra not caused by gonorreha or chlamydia. When not caused by these, it is usually mycoplasma genitalium or ureaplasma but there are not commonly transmitted via oral sex. Intact, most of us have ureaplasma as part of normal genital flora <70%.
If it is ncngu, it will be from normal oral bacteria commonly found in the mouth that is NOT an std but falls into the category of std because they cant test for it specifically. Sit tight, most likely nothing. If continues or you are stressed about it, go the clinic. Word of warning though. If you are constantly squeezing your penis, it may well come back as ngu even though you dont have any infection.

Do you think I would have experienced other symptoms by now?

Often people say they have an "itch" with chlamydia. But chlamydia from oral is rare if at all possible.
