Itching

I have an itching problem around my rectum, the main source of it seems to be the spot between my rectum and scrotum.  That one bumpy spot.  It comes and goes almost everyday for a long time. It is a constant itchiness that has lasted everyday for months now.  I have had unprotected sex and for long periods of time and over days and the girl whom I had sex with is clean and has been tested since then.   If it goes away it seems to come back within days.  Sometimes when I itch to much, a liquid seems to come out.  Not a lot at all, but I think it is so irritated that it is acting up. I do notice little bumps that appear in two areas of my penis, but they seem to be there since I remember.  I really noticed when I came to be paranoid at the time of the constant anal itching.  Never fully gone. The bumps are pin size.  The itching seems to be almost an everyday thing. Is it an STD? Is it an anul sickness, disease? Please help.

Have you been to your doctor?  This could be hemorrhoids, an allergic reaction to something - detergent, soap, etc - or a fungal infection.  Your doctor will be able to determine what it is.

Also, since you've had unprotected sex, testing for STDs is a good idea.
