What are the chances of contracting STI from saliva?

Hi there. Forgive me for my lack of knowledge on STIs, recently I received a dry hand job with no further contact issued. Towards the end, the significant other licked their hand to touched the head of my penis to scoop up all remaining fluids. What are the chances of contracting anything from this kind of saliva contact with my penis?

Hand jobs won't lead to an STD. It's a safe activity and even if they had some saliva from their mouth on their hand.  Plus, this sounds like someone you know? Your 'significant other" which means you would be likely aware of any health problems they had.  This is not risky behavior.
