Syphilis symptom timeline

I am 34 days post an oral sex encounter where I performed on another male. I have been tested for every STD under the sun at 18 and 27 days past exposure (all negative) and again today 34 days past exposure (waiting on results, 5-10 business days), so I'd like to know what symptoms coincide with syphilis and when as I have enlarged lymph nodes in my groin and my kidneys are a bit sore, also my right upper buttocks is sore (the skin only seemingly, not down deep in the muscle), no fever, rash, sores (except one chanker in my mouth), nausea, vomiting, diareah, hair loss, weight loss, etc...or any of the other "classic" syphilis symptoms, but I've read it can take up to 90 days to become positive on a test...anyone else have any info that says otherwise ? The kidney pain leads me to think UTI, so I may have to see my primary care for testing on that as it doesn't fit in with syphilis anyway...Thanks !
