Is this syphilis or an sti, std? PLEASE HELP
I need help. Can you help me figure what this is? Looks like a small scratch that's irritating small spots around it. I had protected sex with a women who had white smelly discharge. I thought she was just really wet. It was a turn off so I told her to give me oral sex instead. I noticed the lesion a day or two after the incident. I have Fordyce spots that have gotten irritated and swollen before. But this is different just looks like a small scratch. I have other tiny spots that scabbed up after scratching the area while in a shower. Also my lymph nodes in my groin area are a little swollen that is what has me worried. Please help, is this syphilis or something?
