Received Unprotected Oral

I am worried I may have caught something.  I received unprotected oral 4 days ago and now my left testicle aches.  I received oral from a swinger wife who said she was clean.  After I was done ejaculating I washed my circumsized penis off in the bathroom with soap.  I re-washed it an hour later and urinated several times before going to bed.  The testicle pain started 2 days after.  It feels like my left testicle is cold and they are hanging low.  No other pain or symptoms.  No burning or discharge.  Am I freaking out?

can't really say what the chance is because no one here knows what you do.

Again I default to what canadian_dude said, He is right on in his advice.

Actually I started getting pain 2 days after.  Also, I work graveyard at an office and sit for up to 6-7 hours straight without getting up.  Sometimes I feel like I am sitting on my sack which hurts.  Whats the chances that I got some outside injury the same week as getting a unprotected **?  This week it was really cold so I put the heated seats on high without noticing and my balls became really hot, like burning.  I am just wondering if these outside factors are giving me the pain or if I got something from this girl...

I think you should be fine. sometimes anxiety can cause testicle pain, and symptoms of stds rarely show up just 4 days after exposure.

However, having said that, you should watch out for any yellowish or greenish discharge, pain or burning sensation during urination, any bumps or sores on your penis.

If you ARE really worried, get tested. But i would say ur fine.
