anal warts

I'm afraid that I have anal warts...I am terrribly worried.  At first I thought I was having hemrroids the way it felt when I went to the bathroom, but after I looked with a mirror I am pretty sure that I have anal warts.  I've never had unprotected sex.  I don't know what to do.  Is surgury the only effective method of treatment?  Is there any over the counter treatment that is effective?

I got checked out and the Dr. applied an acid.  She said it may take more than one treatment though to clear them up.

You first need to see a Dr and get the proper diagnosis. And then if warts discuss treatment options.
