one more thing, in addition to the 30 seconds of oral, I'm pretty sure I rubbed the head of my penis against this girls vagina before pulling away.  but there was no penetration.

thanks again.  test results came back negative for gonorrhea and chymidia but I am worried about a few things and still can't sleep:  questions:  1) my wife has been feeling nauseous the last few days, could this be an early sign of PID? neither of us have pain while urinating or unusual discharge. 2) my doctor said, "every thing was perfect" with regard to my gonorrhea/chlamidia test, is it standard practice to look for NGU or WBC during these tests? 3) how long should I wait before I get a complete panel?

I'm really concerned for my wife's welfare and my guilt is almost unbearable.

You are correct on what symptoms would show. I think you discomfort is 2 fold. 1. The Dr trying to milk you and 2. Your head playing tricks on you. When we get worried over something our mind has the power to create "symptoms".

thanks Vance. I appreciate the info. what do you think about this phantom pain sensation I am having, all of a sudden I feel every little tingle and tickle.  Also, do you think some of the discomfort is from the doctor trying to milk me? specifically, symptoms of gonnorrhea or chlamydia would be discharge and burning while urinating, correct?

About 90% of men get symptoms from gonorrhea and about 60% from Chlymida.

I often read that it is common for no symptoms to occur with gonorrhea and chlamydia. what are the chances of not having any symptoms? I do have general discomfort and think this may be some sort of phantom pain or a result of my doctor trying to squeeze out discharge. He was unsuccessful. I am waiting for test results.

The risk was low and proably even lower with just 30 seconds. And 17 days with no symptoms I would not worry.

Risks were gonorrhea, NGU, herpes and syphilis. Gonorrhea and NGu are most common and again with no symptoms at day 17, do not worry. Herpes is even lower risk and no risk if the woman didn't have a cold sore and syphilis is not really a concern.
