Risk of having STD from sex with soapy massage girl

Hi, i’m 25 male and three days ago i visited bangkok and also visited a soapy massage named Mercy. I am a virgin and this is my first time.

The girl gave me an unprotected oral for a few mins firstly and then during the sex with her, i noticed that my condom was gone (i think it slipped inside her because i cant find it anywhere). I immediately pulled out and she wiped my genitals a bit and helped to wear a new condom. But after a few mins, i tried to see and the condom is gone again. And she tried to put a new condom one more time and this one is gone after a few mins too. We stopped at this point and she finished me off with a handjob.

It is my first time so i have very little knowledge about everything. I am very scared right now about risking having STD and worse HIV. I didnt have any open sores on my genital but it did feel itchy sometimes. I am circumcised.

Can anyone advise me what should i do?

Hi most likely the condom came off either during thrusting or when you pulled out but since you mention it was gone when you pulled after thrusting it is possible you did have unprotected sex. This is all based on your wording. What to do now is wait to see if you get any white puss penis discharge or genital sores that would appear about a week or 2 later.  since the possiblily does exist that you did have std exposure test at the appropiate window period for all std. also have a talk with your doctor about this. But dont be overly concerned.

Hi Dave, thanks for the prompt answer. Its been five days. So far i havent had any symptoms yet except for the slight cough and sleepiness (which could be due to my lack of sleep - i sleep ard 4 hours a day. Bad habit)

I’ve read somewhere that most of the CSWs in bangkok are not infected with HIV and that the risk is very low with single exposure but i’m not sure if my situation is considered single exposure. So i’m actually very worried about it.
