thanks for the help. I hope youre not just saying this to make me feel better, i really want the truth. what kind of condition specifically? and if the person i had oral sex with got a std from his mom, could he give it to me orally if it was his first time?
my apologies, is that the only std that could be passed down at birth (the son having it orally)? im sorry for all the questions im just concerned
A lot of things can be passed down from mother to child. HSV could, hepatitis, Syphilis, and even HIV but you know what: those transmission rarely occur, especially, from childbirth. Now childhood experiences such as yourself happens and I do not know what to say about that other than to say you have nothing to worry about but you need to get examined about this concern, not by me or anybody here on this site, but, by a qualified physician or dermatological expert.
thanks a bunch aelly, i cant express my gratitude enough. next doctors visit i will ask him. i come from a small town in CT and hopefully thatd lower the chances. im also relieved that those transformations come rarely. isnt it true that mothers get tested before labor anyways? and could knowing before hand assure the baby doesnt get the std?
Yes, mothers are checked out during labor and pregnancy before, during, and after the event.
ok so if they did find the std in the mother theyd do a procedure so the baby wouldnt acquire it? was this available in the 90's?
