How likely is it to get STDs under such conditions

I wonder is it possible for STDs to spread in such situations?

1/ Two people engage in mutual masturbations (i.e. masturbating each other). Let's say one woman (assumes she has all STDs) has her own vaginal fluid on her hand, and later use that hand to masturbate another male so her vaginal fluid  could be transfer to the man's penis and urethra? What is the chance of the male being infected STDs like HPV, herpes?

2/ A person developed rash due to syphilis. Would another person get infected by syphilis if they hug?

LOL Sorry I didn't realise your question was supposed to be rhetorical.

Thanks for your reply.

My question was a bit rhethorical.

You can spread herpes through direct contact with herpes sores or the fluid from sores. However, this did not happen in your case. Plus herpes does not penetrate intact skin very easily.

My point is that it is highly unlikely that you caught Herpes through the contact you described.

Not sure about HPV...There probably is not much research on this. There are no recommended tests for men and physical symptoms can take a while to manifest if they occur at all.

HPV is not something that you cannot easily avoid. If you have sex, you will probably catch HPV at some point in your life. If you have sex, you will have hand to genital contact. The best you can do it pick your partners well and use a condom. Basically, having multiple sex partners in your lifetime is consent to the fact that you will probably catch HPV. You just have to get over it.

I am not sure. I wonder if there is any precedent about that?

And one more question which I have seen conflicting answers.

Some sites say "it is not possible for men to be infected by HPV if they rubbed their cocks together (i.e. engage in frottage). However, some say it is possible. Which one is true?

Hmmm...You could spread herpes by touching an open herpes sore ... getting a bit of liquid from it and rubbing it into someone else... Did this happen?

Thank you so much! For situation one, I have read from some web sites that mutual masturbation could spread herpes and HPV. That's why I am wondering.

1.  Low risk - not enough to worry about.  Testing for STDs not recommended unless you develop symptoms (unusual discharge, sores, etc).
2.  No.  Syphilis cannot be spread this way.
Best,
