STD?

I made a bad judgment call and cheated on my girlfriend and had protected sex and uncovered oral from a legal and licenced sex worker 2 weeks ago. a few days prior to that I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend who happened to have a bladder infection at the time. a day or 2 following the sex with worker I felt a very mild discomfort in the very tip of my penis. Its was like a very slight tingle with some sensitivity. there's no pain, no discharge at all. very rarely and randomly it will feel like I have a tiny drop of pee that just wont come out. I dont have to pee a lot, and it doesn't hurt to pee, nor does it hurt to ejaculate. The discomfort comes and goes through the day, it seems more frequently when my pants are rubbing or touching. Could you give me an idea of what im facing and the actual chances of having an STD are? could this be all in my head built from guilt and anxiety?

I've had the same exact scenario. It started for me about 70 days ago. I had slight penis tip discomfort from right inside the tip. All std tests for me were neg. I also felt like there was a little urine still there. I ended up having tons of urination per day and a rash on my penis tip when i looked closely. Its way easier to see with an erection for some reason. Mycoplasma is what i keep hearing about. Nasty stuff that can be easily transfered thru oral. Please keep updating if u find out anything. I've had over 19dr appointments with no answers. Its terrible. Only one specialist I've found in AZ. Look for an internist that has bacteria knowledge. For some reason, lots of doctors that specialize I'm aids have lots of knowledge.

Go get tested, and then you'll be sure.  For what it's worth, a male being given head by a female is at (I believe) the lowest risk for catching something compared to other activities (like vaginal or oral sex).
