May be you are too anxious and that can affect your performance.

Did the doctor check your prostate, take a blood test to check your hormone levels and a blood test to check for diabetes?

Sexual problems can stem from illnesses and medications, low hormone levels, and also from psychological issues.

Dalubaba has given you some good advice and techniques to try.

If doctors are no help for you. you may search some holistic methods. Google the following words, learn the techniques and practice for exteded period. If you work diligently, you can succeed.
Male deer exercise
circulating breath, awareness, or sexual urge around microcosmic orbit.
Kundlini yoga
External and internal prostate massage.
Pick up which you like and practice till you are okay. It would be better if you can stop masturbation during the time or do it sparingly If you masturbate, so it with lubricated hand. Do not stop breathing while doing masturbation.Do not do it lying in a prone position..(keep face up)

Sex therapists do not do "hands on" .

If you are having an erectile dysfunction, you should make an appointment with your doctor to do a blood test to check your hormone levels.  And also go through any medications that you are taking.

If you suffer from diabetes, you already may have nerve damage.  Other medications can also affect libido and performance.
