do all women have satisfaction after intercouse. men have flow after intercourse. then how women get satisfaction.
not all women have satisfaction (orgasm) during or after sexual intercourse. Some of them have, some of them do not have, some of them have not had it yet but they will find their way to reaching orgasms later , so it depends (not only on the woman, but also on their partners, on the attitude to sex of both partners etc.)
As for men, yes, they have "visible" signals of orgasm (ejaculation), some women have also "female ejaculation / squirting", others have just pleasurable contractions of vaginal muscles and sensations of physical (or also mental) pleasure and relief, satisfaction etc.One way how to explore our own sexuality and sexual reactions and ways of effective stimulation is masturbation (for many women stimulation of clitoris is a very effective way), another way is having sex with a partner.
